BIG W Echuca

I used their Click and Collect App for the first time with an online purchase. Absolutely brilliant & easy to use. The weather turned nasty during the day but the app allowed me to reschedule a pick up time for the following evening. It allowed me to notify the shop when I was on my way, and upon my arrival the staff were very helpful in directing me to the service desk, where once I had shown my Drivers License and collection code my order was promptly retrieved for me. Excellent Service.

I am so disappointed with the staff members…. Such a poor service… I bought a sewing machine from Echuca BIGW today around 03:00 Pm. 1. I couldn’t find where it is kept in the store. I asked a staff member who told me that he doesn’t know, so I have to search… 2. Approached another 2 staff members who won’t look at my face when I stood near and asked “excuse me”. Looks like they are doing a job which is assigned. They don’t care about answering customers. 3. Went to billing counter, staff couldn’t remove the safety lock… she requested the another staff to remove. Fair enough. That another staff member made me to go around to her to get it removed, when I went in to that different part of the store, she has been chatting with another staff member and laughing… we have to go behind and ask excuse to get that safety lock removed… Such a poor experience….

Usually shopping here is fine. However I find the Women's shoe collection not only very poor selection wise but the sizing is WILD and definitely not accurate. I am a size 8 in Women's shoes everywhere else I shop. But at Big W they NEVER fit and are way to small and I have to buy a size 10-11 and even then they are just too small / tight. But if my friend who is a size 10 EVERYWHERE else tries them on they are way to small and do not fit her. make it make sense Big W. Fix your sizing Big W and your selection of shoes its ridiculous.

As a tourist to Echuca I'm so disappointed with the experience I had in this store. If I could give 0 stars I would. My children ran up to me after I called for them to follow me during a shop we had there. A staff member told them off for running. That's totally fine and i agreed. I then told them off for running myself. However 5 mins later to have a PA announcement about customers not running in store was inappropriate especially as both the staff member and myself had told the kids off. We had many people looking at us as if we were the worst kind of people.. But then to make matters worse I had a few members then follow us around the store. I'm not sure if you have a massive theft issue or a massive issue with running children, but you picked on interstate tourists who promptly left and won't be back in your store ever. I'm a great lover and shopper at Big W and I'm at my local store a few times a week. Never in 15 years of shopping there have I ever been treated so awful as I was by the obviously grumpy staff at Big W Echuca.

Very rude staff members use a grumpy tone of voice I didn’t ask 2 b spoken 2 like this over it! Also they me of them was so stuck up older lady said I asked 4 the time n she snapped saying they just said over the mic I replied with I didn’t hear it n she really looked at me like I should have 2 tell u this n I said ubfifnt have 2 say it like that I was just asking n she just ignored me walking away I will not put with this rubbish anymore
